不論客下在任何地方,購買本公司之任何產品,一般情況,本公司只接受更換貨品,而不設退款。
如客下在本網站訂購產品,凡收到貨物後發現以下情形的,可以在簽收之日起的14天內無條件退換貨品:
1.收到貨物時即發現產品破損;
2.與顧客在網站上訂購的產品不同;
3.收到貨物時即發現產品已過期;
凡出現上述情形,我們將免收任何費用為客下更換相應之產品。
退換貨品程序
●若您的貨品符合我們的退換貨原則,請您於退換期內致電或以電郵聯絡客戶服務主任提出換貨申請;
●收到申請後,本店會根據您提供的貨品資料 (圖片/影片等) 進行初步審核;
●初步申請受理後,我們會透過電郵或電話通知您,您須於指定時間內帶同貨品及確認訂單,於辦公時間內親臨本店與客戶服務員作進一步瑕疵或損壞鑑定;
●若申請人未能於指定時間內辦理換貨手續,則將被視作放棄申請。
如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
